- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Today I tried to apply for a Visa from within my account. There is no menu item for it. You have to know to choose "apply for a loan". Then is said I don't have an email associated with my account (which I do). When I put in my email it says it's already taken. So I call the CU and they can't help me. They can't connect me to somebody who can but gave me a number for web site support. After a 20 minute wait (because of website issues), I get a woman who's ESL is barely understandable, and she didn't seem to understand my problem, saying that she needed a credit card number, which of course I didn't have.
