  Frank Spears in particular, and his agency Franks Spears - State Farm Insurance, enjoy one of the best reputations for customer service and competency of any agency in this area. Frank is a caring and respectful person who genuinely cares about his customers and their needs come first with Frank. Frank has been a servant to our community for decades and his body of work speaks for itself. State Farm has a very high level service culture. I have had dealings with them and find them to be a pleasure to deal with.

  I have been with State Farm for years. I love State Farm. My usual State Farm Agent retired and we all go moved to new people. Well, unfortunately, this is the office I moved to and it has been horrible ever since. They are the worst at communicating anything to anyone. They swear that all these "notices" they send come from corporate and that they have no answer for why your premiums go up, why you didn't get a notice that it went up, why there seems to be a random "fee" on several bills within the six months. I mean it is ridiculous. Also, there are three ladies in the office, if you call with the same question, you will get three different answers. Due to this headache of an agent, I left State Farm completely. Its sad, I have had them for about ten years and one office has made me throw in the towel. I just warn anyone who is dealing with this office to watch your bills and go up there to get answers I guess. BEWARE is all I can say.

  I had been with StateFarm/Frank Spears for 16 years, and had always been happy UNTIL I had to file a claim. I was in a wreck, not at my fault, but was battling geico to pay for the damages. 9 months later I am still dealing with the aftermath. What is the point of having an agent if they do nothing for you? If I call his office, I am told to call someone else! Since the accident I have gone with another insurance company and now I see what an agent is supposed to do! Unfortunately until this is all settled, I have to continue my own battle with statefarm and the repair shop.
