- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★We contacted Burroughs + Elijah in the middle of the holidays last year and began our working relationship with Brandon (Elijah). I cannot begin to tell you how grateful and appreciative we were to have his expert guidance and knowledge of the legal aspects surrounding Elder Care issues, the VA, Medicaid and Nursing Homes. We simply could not have navigated all of the details and requirements our own. He was responsive, proactive, educated us on exactly what to expect, the likely timing of resolution and generally just a very nice and sincere person. It was almost like he was part of the family. We felt like he truly had our best interest at heart and did not stop until we got what we needed. The staff in his office was also fantastic and very pleasant to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend this firm to anyone facing the daunting task of taking on the government and it's process for elder care resources.
