  If I could rate this lower than a 1 I would. I was a slip and fall at a restaurant with neck, back, and head injuries. They sent out 2 people, both obese (EXTEMELY) and unable to really do their job. To avoid putting me on a back board, they first attempted (by grabbing my arms) to have me get up off the floor and get on their gurney. The PAIN was excruciating. I told them to stop. They simply let go of my arms and dropped me back to the floor. Then they were upset because they HAD to use a backboard. One of the men looked to weigh over 400 pounds! The other probably about 300 pounds. They huffed and puffed and finally got me on the board and then on the gurney. They had tightened me down so tight that I could barely breath, and when I told them I was having a panic attack and asked them to just loosen the tape a little so I could catch my breath they made fun of me. They told me to grow up and that I was fine. I would never want to be transported by this service again. It was BRUTAL and they were rude and unprofessional.

  Horrible Horrible! How can you tell someone who is transitioning out of this world that you are going to pick them up at 1:30 pm and now it's 8:44 pm and no one has arrived for pickup. This is sad !!! If you are in a service business do your Job !

  Very disappointed and dissatisfied with this service, my husband was in a car accident and neither ems wanted to help him actually made him walk to the Stretcher and actually told him he was not hurt wow,well guess what my husband had a procedure done on his back for a bulging disk from the accident. .so thanks gold cross for being so correct about his injury. I rate them a 0
