- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I could give negative stars I would. I changed the key to my mailbox and I haven't been able to get my mail since. I placed a hold on my mail and I am supposed to pick it up there but they keep saying I have no mail so all of my bills and statements have magically disappeared. I bet they are in my box and the carriers are to sorry to take the mail out. Customer service is also nonexistent. I wish this office would close or be overhauled.By Giovanna Hill, May 03, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆When I order things with a guaranteed delivery time they never arrive on time. It's always late. I'm getting really fed up with the incompetence of not having my packages delivered on time.
