    So I had a package come to my house and miss it and the ups person left a message on my door saying they would try again the following day and I wasted a whole day and cancelled plans so I would be home to receive the package only to find out I have to go to the store to get it when I was left a note saying they would try again the next day and on top of that I have to go the next day because it's past buisness hours. Really frustrated at the moment.

    Why would you have your hours on Saturday as 9-4pm when someone callls in asking for the time and for UPS pickup they have your time as 9-4pm but when I get there it's closed? Now I can't get my box until Monday. This is incredibly inconvenient
